This modern, newly renovated two bedroom condo is located 10 minutes from Bridgetown. A two minute walk to one of the best beaches in Barbados! Eating options within walking distance. Easy to catch buses to shopping and sightseeing. You can also spend your day lounging by the relaxing pool.
Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base.
Please note there is no lift / elevator either within the complex, nor within the unit itself, so be prepared to get some exercise on the stairs!

Carlisle Bay beach is less than 5 mins walk from the Condo. Please note that all beaches in Barbados are public.

We are proud to confirm that this property is a Barbados Government Approved Quarantine facility. You will be required to adhere to the quarantine protocols for the advised quarantine period.

Off-street parking is available, shared with other guests, but allowing for at least one car per premises.

There is a medium swimming pool.

There is a washing machine on the premises, and a small amount of basic laundry powder is available for your first load.

Multi-channel cable TV is available in the living room.

Space where guests can cook their own meals.
Fridge Freezer
A full fridge-freezer refrigerator is provided (great for cold beers)!
Stove
A gas stove and electric oven are in the kitchen.
Microwave
There is a regular powered microwave.
Basic Cooking
The kitchen is supplied with the basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a variety of serving dishes. Also a few small staples such as salt, pepper and cooking oil.
Cutlery and Dishes
There are dishes and cutlery provided to cater for the number of guests staying.
Coffee Machine
The coffee machine requires filters and ground coffee, which can be purchased at the nearby local convenience store.
Bed Linen
Beds are made up with clean fresh sheets in advance of your arrival and there are spare bed linen sets in the closet.
Towels
Both beach and bath towels are available.
Hangers
There is a set of hangers in each cupboard.
Hair Dryer
One hair dryer is available to share amongst guests.
Iron
One hair dryer is available to share amongst guests.
Hand Soap
Each bathroom is supplied with a bottle of hand soap.
Toilet Paper
Toilet paper is supplied in each bathroom at the start of your stay.
More Info…
If sand and sea are not really your thing, relax and sip a drink by the pool which is shared by all units in the complex. Whether to unwind, go for a nearby adventure, treat your taste buds or explore local culture, Beachgate is perfectly suited. Most of our guests choose not to rent a car as everything is close by!
Turn right on the main road and you can walk to the beginning of the Esplanade (look for the basketball court) where you can then step across to Carlisle Bay, with its famous ultra fine white sand, where locals and tourists mix.
Turn left and into Aquatic Gap to get down to Pebbles beach where the horses come to bathe every morning, generally between 630 and 730 AM.
Back at Banyan Court, you will able to watch sunsets from the privacy of your balcony, across the bay. You may even see the elusive green flash.
Other Things to Note
Shared economy Levy: This new levy was introduced by the Government of Barbados with effect from August 1st, 2018. It is 10% of the booking fee and is collected on arrival. We appreciate your support at this time and look forward to seeing you in Barbados.
We start you off with toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc. but then you would provide your own once those run out.

Strictly no smoking inside the villa. You may smoke on the patio.
No Pets
Not suitable for pets, nor emotional support animals.
No Parties or Events
This area is a quiet residential area and therefore we ask that you respect our neighbours accordingly. Quiet gatherings of no more than 10 persons are allowed, but please check with your hosts regarding the latest COVID-19 Protocols.
Safe
There is a safe on site with an electric combination that you can set yourself.
Fire Extinguisher
Every property is supplied with a fire extinguisher as required by Barbados Law.
First Aid Kit
There a fully stocked first aid kit on site, which is replenished when each guest leaves.
