This luxuriously appointed 3 bed 3 bath condo maintains its quiet privacy from the road directly overlooking the bright blue waters of St Lawrence Bay, and yet is only a stone’s throw from entrance to “the Gap” with its famed restaurants and bustling nightlife.
The spacious patio is the most remarkable feature of this holiday home and offers an enchanting vista at any time of day – morning coffee to sunset cocktails – with an eight-seater lounge set, two sunbeds and an adjoining fresh-water plunge pool. The entire apartment has air-conditioning but is specifically designed to encourage a “cross-breeze” if you prefer the fresh air.
The master bedroom with king size bed looks out on the same beautiful ocean view through a sliding door window, and features a walk in closet, as well as an enormous en suite bathroom with both shower and tub. The second bedroom with similar aspect, is also king size with en suite. The third bedroom has a queen bed and with access to the guest bathroom.
The kitchen is fitted with all mod cons and top of the range appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, plus crockery and cutlery for up to eight. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer tucked neatly into one of the cabinets. Three bar stools at the casual counter between kitchen and living area offer the chance to perch and chat with the nominated chef of the evening, or to simply sip your tea.
An eight-seater dining table is comfortably positioned in the open plan living room beside a long low sofa with invitingly deep seats so you can relax back into your holiday. Watch some TV on the 55” flat screen, should you not want to miss that all important football game.

There are dishes and cutlery provided to cater for the number of guests staying.
Coffee Machine
The coffee machine requires filters and ground coffee, which can be purchased at the nearby local convenience store.
Bed Linen
Beds are made up with clean fresh sheets in advance of your arrival and there are spare bed linen sets in the closet.
Towels
Both beach and bath towels are available.

There is a set of hangers in each cupboard.
Hair Dryer
One hair dryer is available to share amongst guests.

One hair dryer is available to share amongst guests.
Hand Soap
Each bathroom is supplied with a bottle of hand soap.

There is a parking space allocated for one vehicle and the same fob used to enter the car park will also allow gated access (for your privacy and security on the property) down concrete steps to Sandy Beach on the right, where the Carib Beach Bar (happy hour 5-6 every day) and Mr Tikkles are located. Access to the first floor can be gained either by private staircase or by lift.
As mentioned, there are numerous restaurants and bars to choose from in the Gap and while we would like to recommend Castaways in particular – fabulous for sundowners – as it shares the same view as on your very own balcony, you may just prefer to stay home, relax and enjoy…
Other Things to Note
Shared economy Levy: This new levy was introduced by the Government of Barbados with effect from August 1st, 2018. It is 10% of the booking fee and is collected on arrival. We appreciate your support at this time and look forward to seeing you in Barbados.
